Our story
It started with a problem our founder kept running into.
Max Spanier was an Account Executive at Adobe, selling Marketo to marketing teams. Time and again he watched companies invest heavily in powerful software — and then struggle to hire the people who could actually run it. The tools were only ever as good as the talent behind them.
So he built the recruiting partner he wished his customers had had: a firm that genuinely understands the go-to-market and tech-stack skills modern teams need, and can find the people who have them — fast.
Today, Sloane Staffing places marketing, sales, technical, and nearshore talent for high-growth companies — from a first SDR to a CRO, from a junior Marketo specialist to a full GTM engineering bench. Same standard every time: the right person, not just an available one.
