Our client imagines a world where B2B rebate deals are liberated from the pain of time-consuming, inefficient tools and siloed processes and turned into effective and strategic tools that drive focus and collaboration between trading partners.

So, they built just that, democratizing B2B deals and rebates, with cloud-based software that’s accessible, affordable and usable by every distributor, manufacturer and retailer.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • In tandem with our agency partner, plan, develop, implement, and continually refine our SEO strategy

    • In tandem with our agency partner, plan, develop, implement, and continually refine our PPC, paid social, and retargeting efforts

    • Work with broader marketing team to support initiatives from a digital standpoint. These initiatives can be country specific, company specific, event specific, or more

    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

    • Regularly perform thorough keyword research and work with the content team to recommend and prioritize additional web / blog pieces

    • Identify trends and insights, and create strategies to test, optimize, and drive performance based on them

    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

    • Regularly test and measure conversion points, optimizing for user flow

    • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Demonstrate deep experience leading and managing SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns

    • Expertise in creating and optimizing Google and LinkedIn Ads campaigns

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    • Clear communication to help define and prioritize initiatives in conjunction with other areas of the marketing department

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities

    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

    • Desire to continually learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

    • Project management tools, e.g. Asana

    • Adobe creative suite
