Call Center Sales Trainer (BL)

Mission: To organize and implement an effective training program which allows for our team members

to learn, grow and develop .

What you’ll do:

● Assess individual and group performance to ensure training is effective and improves performance.

● Identify issues and potential solutions, such as operational modifications to address in training.

● Organize or lead necessary and advised training sessions.

● Review current training initiatives and recommend improvements and changes to suit changing client, organizational, and industry demands while enhancing learning and retention.

● Ensure the effectiveness, accuracy, and authenticity of training materials and programs.

● Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and create an overarching curriculum

● Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Role Requirements:

● Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

● Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

● Experience analyzing company needs, lesson planning, development and implementation.

● Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
