We are looking for a Web Designer who is comfortable and proficient with digital design and coding for email templates, websites, banners, landing pages, and other marketing collateral. Responsibilities:

• Creatively design responsive email templates, websites, and landing pages.

• Assist with a variety of campaigns such as email templates, including content, promotional, and dynamically driven campaigns.

• Design original layouts -- take projects from concept to completion while working within the parameters of the brand style guide

• Create functional wireframes in HTML to aid development. • Write HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 that interacts with back-end code

• Design across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.)

• Assist with creating and delivery of all banner or other marketing collateral. • Present campaigns for approvals and feedback to senior level.

• Maintain design and creative deliverables to schedule, including internal milestones and vendor milestones.

• Maintain and evolve process as business, and creative needs change.

• Continually drive and evolve brand standards for the design of website, apps, email, landing pages, and banners.

• Contribute email design and web design best practices and ongoing learning to improve campaign metrics and performance significantly.

• Develop strategies for new email functionality, efficiency, and programs, and actively contribute to planning conversations and decision about functionality, new programs, and design.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent education.

• 5+ years of professional web design experience

• Excellent creative thinking and visual skills, including the use of photography and typography.

• Extremely proficient in Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines.

• Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML and CSS

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

• Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and any other industry tools

• Must have work samples or portfolio to be considered
