Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

Responsible for helping to develop, manage and measure all aspects of public-facing website ecosystem across all brands and divisions.

  • Digital / Performance Analytics

 

Functions:

  • Audit and identify the digital ecosystem

    • Create an inventory of all existing public-facing digital assets

    • Identify performance of all existing public-facing digital assets

    • Determine criticality of each asset

    • Develop a remove, consolidate and expand recommendation for each asset

 

  • Design, maintain and manage public websites

    • Develop a vision and feature timeline for TruTeam.com, Service-Partners.com and all other public-facing websites

    • Create a website update roadmap tying each project to timelines, performance expectations, budget and detailed deliverables

    • Work with internal and external partners to develop site-specific UI/UX objectives and MVP/1.0/2.0+ roadmaps

    • Chair each website project’s core working team, project managing each phase to outcome

    • Build strong partnership with IT to ensure security and user experience best practice

    • Work to incorporate key field, executive, Legal, HR and other stakeholder feedback to maximize benefits to the business

    • Maintain all website properties on day-to-day basis

    • Manage all 3rd party partners that help to execute this area of focu

    • Audit, streamline, design, maintain and manage social media presence

  • Create an inventory of all existing social media accounts

  • Determine criticality of each asset

  • Develop a remove, consolidate and expand recommendation for each social media account

  • Obtain account credentials and evolve to consolidated management of all social media accounts

  • Develop a recommendation for how social media should be managed for all brands and a social media policy

  • Execute social media program, working with relevant stakeholders, ensuring local branch objectives are met while national need for visibility and management are met.

 

  • Own SEO and other key organic tactics

    • SEO for all websites and local branch pages

    • Develop and manage a local SEO program to support local branch rankings in Google P1 -3

    • Manage local listings, GMB, social directories, etc. for all branches, ensuring updates are timely and accurate

    • Manage reviews for all branches

 

  • Develop a recommendation for managing brand search across all branches

    • Ensure ongoing tracking of branch-level rankings, with continuous improvement philosophy

    • Manage budgets and all 3rd party partners that help to execute this area of focus

 

 

  • Develop a digital analytics, web lead generation and performance management program for the digital ecosystem

    • Determine lead generation potential for each site and build performance forecast and growth targets for each

    • Develop a website performance dashboard

    • Manage financial budget

    • Manage consolidated Google Analytics and other analytical platforms and tools

    • Work closely with IT and Finance to maximize performance measurement potential

    • Manage relevant internal and external resources

 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience in digital media and web UI/UX

  • Experience managing Marketing agencies and web developers

  • Experience planning and executing paid and organic digital media

  • High familiarity with SEO and methods for driving organic website traffic and improved Google rankings

  • Hands-on experience with Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics

  • Comfort with data, financials and performance analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong project management and cross-functional working relationships

  • Strong experience and rapport with field teams
