The Marketing Manager position directly supports sales and revenue-generating opportunities, and this role creates business value through marketing, marketing campaign development and execution, and positioning and messaging for a B2B and B2B2C audience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute on strategic marketing initiatives that help drive successful growth of our health plan sales channel

  • Develop knowledge and expertise required to generate compelling and action-oriented messaging for a target-audiences in order to differentiate our company’s brand

  • Partner with in-house subject matter experts and members of the Marketing team to develop and maintain targeted communications that are compelling and drive measurable engagement

  • Introduce lead and demand generation campaign assets the Sales team can leverage with prospects to drive interest and demand in the company’s products/programs/services in order to help move prospects through the sales funnel

  • Analyze performance of campaigns and effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts—whether those solutions are in existing systems or need to be developed

  • Tailor presentations to reinforce the company’s value proposition and align with brand standards, including brand voice and visual identity

  • Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) goals

  • Manage the library of assets required to effectively market to health plan customers, including client-specific, provider-specific, and member-specific collateral

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5+ years related marketing experience

  • Previous healthcare experience desired

  • Previous strategic marketing, product marketing or marketing communications experience

  • Solid understanding of lead distribution strategies, multiple marketing channels and marketing analytics required

  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

This position requires thinking outside the box and a strong understanding and enthusiasm for how to effectively engage target audiences. A positive, can-do attitude is paramount and the ability to take direction and interact productively during brainstorming sessions and meetings is expected. This position may require other duties not mentioned above. Individuals may be responsible for other administrative tasks or be required to assist in other roles/departments as needed.
