Here’s the truth…

Our marketing is ad-hoc and off the cuff. We know what we need to do, however, there’s no set system and process in place to truly execute on consistent marketing campaigns.

At a high level, your role will be to engineer winning marketing campaigns using all types of digital marketing.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing…

  • Monitoring and owning all of our conversion funnels (awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral)

  • Managing marketing team & ensuring all key results and outcomes are hit

  • Strategizing, creating and managing promotion & marketing calendar

  • Furthering development of the marketing and communication plan for the brand

  • Liaising with external agencies for performance marketing, PR, etc

  • Managing our online presence, especially on various social media channels

  • Research & lead cross-functional marketing experiments towards measurable outcomes

  • Doing things you have no idea how to do (yet), executing & being scrappy when needed

REQUIREMENTS

You gotta bring the skills to pay the bills. Here’s a taste of some of the things we require for you to be successful in this role...

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles. You’ve done this before and pumped to get started.

  • Incredible writing skills. You have a knack for crafting interesting copy.

  • A strategic mindset that allows you to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  • Relentless creativity and ambition.

  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload.

  • Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude.

  • A great track record of creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns.

  • Experience working closely with other functions like Marketing, Sales, and Product.

  • Excellent communication skills, a great listener.

  • Tech savvy and have experience implementing software on an account per account basis.
