HubSpot Configuration Specialist

The HubSpot Configuration Specialist position is a significant role within our organization. This person will be part of our configuration team and will be working directly with our Senior Consultant and our property management clients. They will be responsible for planning, designing, creating, and testing sophisticated workflows. Additionally, this person will work with our Senior Consultant and the client to develop custom configurations as needed by the client. They will also work with our marketing and sales teams; providing input on different configurations a potential client may need or be interested in.

Success in this position requires a self-starting attitude, HubSpot workflow expertise, and client service. As the HubSpot Configuration Specialist, you will ensure that the client is presented with a fully functioning configuration and teach the product that is being implemented.

Daily Duties:

  • HubSpot workflow configuration and testing

  • Client communications

  • Troubleshooting workflows, integrations, etc.

  • Conduct Zoom meetings for pipeline rollout/implementation

Qualifications :

  • HubSpot configuration expertise

  • Familiarity with flowchart software (Luicidchart, MindMeister, etc.)

  • Ability to design & execute complex HubSpot workflows & configurations based on client needs

  • Ability & willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of property management and real estate businesses.

  • Must have demonstrable experience with HubSpot workflows (contact, company, deal, and ticket-based workflows), Service Hub (or other comparable ticketing systems), and third-party integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem

  • Bachelor's Degree or four years equivalent experience

  • Willing to commute/relocate to McKinney, TX / North Dallas Area

Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
