Job Description: The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing customers with the highest level of customer service throughout the shipping process. A Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for professionally responding to customer inquiries by telephone, email and live chat. They will work closely with our logistics providers to ensure shipments are on schedule and communicate updates to the customer as needed.

Tier I Support Specialist Benefits:

  • Annual Salary between $32,000.00 and $36,000.00
