Our client, a full-service marketing and advertising firm, is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager in Boca Raton, FL.
The ideal candidate is a digital client services leader who is looking for an opportunity to lead a team of account people to grow your book of business while guiding clients across multiple verticals. You have a deep desire to build a team of client service professionals who are singularly focused on organizing our resources to deliver business results for our clients. You are comfortable collaborating with clients, technologists, media specialists, designers, project managers, analysts and everyone in between.
7+ years of digital client service experience
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or similar
Hands-on experience in owning client relationships on campaigns to drive sales and/or leads
Hands-on experience mentoring junior client service and/or project managers
Experience with verticals including: MRC (monthly recurring charge), financial products, deregulated energy and/or entertainment property marketing
Experience communicating with clients from C-suite to day-to-day marketing managers
Experience listening for opportunities and presenting solutions to solve client problems & increase client billings
Experience communicating with PowerPoint and/or Keynote
Experience monitoring client business performance and rallying team members who do not report to you to increase performance
Experience persuading all types of internal and external personalities to solve problems and achieve success
A desire to be the voice of the client and the voice of our company when dealing with clients
Experience delivering thought-leadership for clients and internal cross-functional teams to continually raise the bar

Development of a cohesive client service team comprised of junior and mid-level account people reporting to you.
Development of an account growth plan for your book of business.
Development and delivery of a weekly business update for your management team.
Demonstrable depth of knowledge about your clients’ brand, customer journey and competitors that drives increasingly improving work product.
